Roldan Trujillo

Mr. Trujillo has over 35 years of experience in evaluating, structuring and negotiating corporate and project finance transactions and private equity investments in Latin America and the U.S. He was the founding CEO of Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamiento de Infraestructura, S.A., (CIFI), a specialized firm that provides financing, structuring and advisory services to private sector infrastructure companies and projects throughout Latin American and the Caribbean. Mr. Trujillo led the formation of CIFI in 2001, attracting top-tier Latin American and European banks, funds and four multilateral financial institutions; raising over $600 million USD in capitalization. During his tenure CIFI provided over $1.3 billion USD in financing to private sector companies. He retired from CIFI in December of 2015 and formed RCT Advisory LLC, providing advisory services to funds and companies.

Born and raised in New Mexico, USA, Mr. Trujillo has also served as President of a leading Community Development Corporation in New Mexico, and President of an agribusiness venture that was listed on the NASDAQ. Mr. Trujillo earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis, an M.S. in applied economics from Purdue University, and a B.S. in agricultural economics and business from New Mexico State University.

In additional to serving on RDF’s Board of Director’s, Mr. Trujillo serves on the Board of Directors of the NMSU Arrowhead Center, Inc., he serves as project mentor to international graduate students in Georgetown University’s Global Competitive Leadership Program.
