Kenneth I. Trujillo

Shareholder, Chamberlain Hrdlicka

Mr. Trujillo is a shareholder with Chamerlain Hrdlicka law firm where he practices primarily in the areas of complex litigation and government relations with substantial work in antitrust, securities, consumer litigation and white-collar criminal defense. Mr. Trujillo is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Penn Law School. From 2009 to 2012 he served as a Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Mr. Trujillo is active locally and nationally in civic and business matters. Most recently, he purchased WHAT 1340 AM radio station and relaunched it as El Zol Philly, a Spanish language contemporary hit radio station now also broadcasting on 97.1 FM. In November 2008, Mr. Trujillo served on President-Elect Barack Obama’s Presidential Transition Team, where he served on the agency review team for the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Trujillo has served as the Secretary, Treasurer and First Vice Chair for UnidosUS Board of Directors (formerly the National Council of La Raza) as well as on its Audit Committee. Mr. Trujillo was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Congreso de Latinos Unidos and is the former Chair of the Board of Directors of the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Trujillo is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Health Partners and chairs its Audit Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts.
