Catherine Kes

Sr. Director of Specialty Finance

Catherine Kes serves as the Senior Director of Specialty Finance. Her work focuses on RDF’s NMTC portfolio, community facilities, and housing.  Prior to joining RDF in November 2016, Ms. Kes worked for 10 years as the Housing Developer for Hacienda CDC, a Latino non-profit in Portland, OR, where she gained experience financing NMTC and LIHTC transactions for the development of affordable housing and the Portland Mercado, an incubator and economic development initiative of the non-profit.

Catherine earned a Juris Doctorate from Lewis and Clark Law School and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2005.  She currently serves on the NMTC Advisory Board of Accion Opportunity Fund.
