Lizeth Manriquez

Investment Associate

Lizeth Manriquez serves as RDF’s Investment Associate supporting the New Markets Tax Credit program. She proudly joined the RDF Familia on, May 31, 2017, starting as a Portfolio Analyst, where she monitored, and tracked Portfolio Reporting and Compliance covenants, she is now with the Specialty Finance team and enjoys working on NMTC, Affordable Housing, Healthcare and Social Services Projects. As a first-generation college graduate; she earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Arizona State University in 2014, while working full-time in Banking and Business Commerce. Lizeth was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, and hopes to continue growing and helping her community locally and nationwide.
