Natalia Rodriguez-Hilt

Natalia Rodriguez-Hilt is Sr. Director of UnidosUS Affiliate Support at Raza Development Fund. In her current role, she is responsible for leading the RDF-UUS Affiliate Support Program which serves to strengthen the capacity of UUS affiliates by providing consultation support and resources for long-term sustainable growth. Natalia Rodriguez-Hilt is passionate for connecting people, non-profits and businesses to resources and supporting transformational development. Born and raised abroad, Natalia spent most of her time living in Monterrey, Mexico before moving to Indianapolis, Indiana in 2011. Community and economic development have been a large part of Natalia’s life and she continues to advocate for underserved communities in any way possible.

Prior to her role at Raza Development Fund, Natalia worked at LISC Indianapolis leading the economic development portfolio of work. This included managing a $5M budget, 10+ programs and initiatives, designing new programs to address gaps, convening the Indianapolis CDFI Collaborative, piloting innovative programs around real estate development, convening organizations to address ecosystem gaps, fundraising to maximize impact and investments in community-based partners. Prior to LISC, Natalia worked with Greenstreet Ltd., an Indianapolis-based strategic planning and real estate practice. She was responsible for real estate market research, data collection and analysis methods, workforce development strategies, strategic planning efforts, and managing various projects across the team. Prior to Greenstreet, Natalia worked with Thomas P. Miller & Associates, a workforce and economic development consulting firm, provided assistance with economic development research and strategic planning efforts with local governments and regions. Additionally, she worked with clients in both the private and non-profit sector collecting quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic planning, action/implementation plan development, board development and grant writing.

Natalia earned her Bachelor’s from Thomas Edison State University, focusing on Liberal Studies, and then completed a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University (concentration in Economic Development). Most recently, she earned an Entrepreneurship Professional Certificate through the International Economic Development Council.
